COTTAGE KITCHEN

In a well-furnished kitchen there are not only crystal goblets and silver platters, but waste cans and compost buckets---some containers used to serve fine meals, others to take out the garbage.
Become the kind of container God can use to present any and every kind of gift to his guests for their blessing.
" You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies." Psalm 23:5

MUSIC ON THE MISSISSIPPI

We had a fun day in the park but the wind was really blowing
here is the wagon rides. The little ponies were so cute. There
was a mobile petting zoo. Wish we had Hunter with us but
he was spending the day with his mommy.

Then I had to test one of the many cars they were showing. I gave up sports cars about 2 years ago and after sitting in that one I remember why. I like my mini-van..very spacious.

Then there was music in the park on the Mississippi River.. They will have a concert every two weeks in the sumer. This was a brass quintet. Very nice but also was very windy.

Here is my son Michael and his wife Karla, soon to have our fifth grandchild. They have rootbeer floats during the concert for a dollar. Very tasty !!!

What a nice way to celebrate summer and I'd be happy to accept any spare rain y'all are getting! Thanks for visiting my blog - I'm getting hooked on the family blogs of the B family!
