COTTAGE KITCHEN

In a well-furnished kitchen there are not only crystal goblets and silver platters, but waste cans and compost buckets---some containers used to serve fine meals, others to take out the garbage.
Become the kind of container God can use to present any and every kind of gift to his guests for their blessing.
" You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies." Psalm 23:5

BABYSITTING ELLIE WITH GRANDPA

I borrowed a swing from my daughter for Ellie to use. She didn't like the travel one she has at her house so I wasn't sure how we would do today. She loved it so now Grandma dosn't have to hold her all day, not that I am complaning but there are a few things that have to be done in the day, like eat lunch

she was so relaxed she fell asleep. It plugs in so I won't go broke buying batteries
Grandpa was home today, his first day helping me babysit. He was showing her the christmas tree while I heated her bottle. She is breastfeeding and dosen't really like the bottle but she takes it after I coax her a bit.

I think she was ready to eat, if she is really hungry she takes the bottle better

now it was time to get dressed and go for a little walk, even if it is only around the house
Her Thanksgiving outfit from aunt Michelle

Oh Grandma!! You are always taking my picture
Am I really that cute??

Ellie is so dainty. She looks so peaceful sleeping in the swing and I bet she loved looking at the lights on the tree. What a beautiful blessing to be sharing your days with her.

Love your new header photo and dearly love seeing photos of beautiful Ellie. What a wonderful blessing to be able to take care of her.

The last picture of Ellie is so cute! Things are very much the way I always remember your home around this time of year...decorated and lovely with wonderful tummy tingling scents of good food...am I right about the last bit?
